Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes rules that apply to your use of the Summairize services. Violations may result in rate-limiting, suspension, or termination of access.
1) Prohibited conduct
- Illegal activity: Using the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringement: Submitting content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Security abuse: Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of systems; circumventing security; distributing malware.
- Service disruption: Excessive automated traffic, denial of service, or actions that degrade performance for others.
- Misrepresentation: Impersonation, fraud, deceptive or misleading statements about the Service or Output.
- Data misuse: Submitting sensitive personal data without authorization; attempting to re-identify anonymized data.
- Resale without permission: Reselling or sublicensing the Service, or using the Service to build a competing dataset or service except as allowed by plan terms.
2) Content standards
Do not use the Service to generate or disseminate content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, violent, or pornographic; or that promotes self-harm, terrorism, or criminal activity.
3) Data collection and robots
Respect robots.txt and site owner terms when directing us to crawl content. You must have authority or permission to analyze the domains and content you submit.
4) Rate limits and fair use
We may enforce technical limits (for example, requests per minute, daily quotas) and fair-use thresholds. Exceeding limits may result in throttling or suspension.
